The Stainless Steel BXL2500 provides a maximum flow rate of 2500 GPH (9500 LPH). The BXL5000 provides a maximum flow rate of 5000 GPH (19,000 LPH). Each is shipped with the following accessories: stainless steel 45 deg. elbow, stainless steel 3" (8 cm) outlet extension, and stainless steel strainer. The standard stainless steel BXL2500 and BXL5000 are available in the 12" (30 cm) pump body length only. For proper operation, solution must be at least 3" (8 cm) above weep hole on BXL2500 pump body; 4" (10 cm) above weep hole on BXL5000 pump body. The SS strainer is essential to protect the impeller if either pump is used for agitation only (without filter cartridges attached). A threaded stainless steel Double Cartridge Holder (DCH-SS) is required if either pump is used for filtration. The DCH-SS is sold separately.
