Filter Chamber N/A Chambers are constructed of corrosion resistant CPVC with Viton o-rings. They are suitable for virtually all electroplating solutions and many other acid, alkaline and corrosive applications at temperatures to 200°F (93°C). They are designed to accept standard open end filter tubes or carbon cartridges. Change of filter media is quick and easy. Shell and base of chamber stay sealed when cover is removed for servicing.
Pump N/A All ZDD filter systems include a corrosion resistant CPVC "ZDX" Series vertical pump. The versatile pump is speciallydesigned to be mounted in-tank, for self priming convenience or out-of-tank to save in-tank space. The pump incorporates a unique opposing twin-impeller design to provide high volume circulation and eliminate leakage up the pump column. No bearings or seals and no wearing parts permit dry running without damage. CPVC construction eliminates any metal contact with solution.
