Sethco Mini Double Duty Infiltrator Systems for simultaneous carbon treatment & filtration of corrosive solutions.
Sethco mini double duty Infiltrator chambers and systems are designed for fast, economical, convenient, efficient carbon treatment and filtration. No separate treatment tanks are needed. No plating downtime is required.
The contaminated liquid is pumped into an Infiltrator chamber and passes through a dense bed of granular activated carbon which is contained in a reusable bag. After passing through the carbon, the liquid is then filtered through a 10" or 20" filter cartridge (if so equipped). The solution then exits the chamber and is returned to the tank purified and filtered.
Designed to decontaminate bright nickel, acid copper, copper pyrophosphate, ferrous chloride, acid tin and zinc, cyanide copper and zinc and other plating solutions.
Dye contaminants from nickel acetate sealing solutions and crack detection liquids as well as taste, color, or odors can also be removed.

Model PMSP polypropylene, self-priming magnetic drive centrifugal pump is furnished with a TEFC motor. Model PM polypropylene, magnetic centrifugal drive pump is furnished with a TEFC motor. Model ZDX corrosion resistant CPVC vertical pump. The versatile pump is specially designed to be mounted in-tank for self priming convenience or out-of-tank to save in-tank space. The pump incorporates a unique opposing twin-impeller design to provide high volume circulation and eliminate leakage up the pump column. No bearings or seals and no wearing parts permit dry running without damage. CPVC construction eliminates any metal contact with solution. |
