Product Returns: All product returns must meet Metafin Supply Company's return policies in order to issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). We will not accept any product returns without an (RGA). Please contact customer service to obtain an (RGA) within 15 days of receipt of your order. We will not issue credits or replacements for unauthorized returns. Returns will be subject to a 20% restock charge. Product Warranty: All new products carry the full manufacturer's warranty. Metafin Supply Company does not warrant the performance or integrity of any product, but merely passes thru to the customer whatever the end-user warranty the manufacturer's offer for their products.
