Koroseal® PVC Liners - Operating Temperature of 200°F
APPLICATIONS
HIGH-TEMP, DROP-IN LINER IDEAL FOR PROCESS TANKS, STORAGE TANKS AND CHROME PLATING
Koroseal® PVC has a proven track record of superior performance in a wide range of chemical applications. Its unique formulation is highly resistant to strong corrosives, alkalis and salts. With an upper operating temperature of 200°F, a Koroseal liner is designed to protect your tanks, pits, and other areas in the most aggressive applications.
Koroseal liners are an excellent choice for both process and storage tanks. It is highly recommended for use in hard chrome plating solutions coupled with a LFP CrossFilm™ skirt. Koroseal is also the ideal for other chrome based solutions.
Witt Lining Systems is the exclusive tank liner manufacturer that can provide all the advantages of a drop in liner with Koroseal's proven formulation.
Koroseal® PVC drop in liners are available in 60 mil, 3/32 in., 1/8 in., and 3/16 in. gauges.

HP Koroseal® PVC Liners - Operating Temperature of 215ºF
APPLICATIONSHIGH-TEMP, DROP-IN LINER IDEAL FOR PROCESS TANKS, STORAGE TANKS AND CHROME PLATING
As its name implies, HP Koroseal® PVC liners take standard Koroseal liners to the next level. With a slightly improved formulation HP Koroseal provides an added temperature range of up to 215ºF and provides a longer service life in harsh conditions.
Like standard Koroseal® PVC liners, an HP Koroseal® PVC liner is recommended for process tanks and storage tanks and in applications where temperature ranges are high or chemical concentrations are very aggressive. HP Koroseal liners can run up to 215ºF depending upon the solution.
Witt Lining Systems is the exclusive tank liner manufacturer that can provide all the advantages of a drop in liner with Koroseal's proven formulation.
HP Koroseal drop in liners are available in 3/16 in. gauge. Other gauges are available on a qualified quantity basis.

Exceline® PVC Liners - Operating Temperature of 180ºF
APPLICATIONSAN ACID AND ALKALINE RESISTANT HIGH TEMPERATURE PVC DESIGNED FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY CONTAINMENT APPLICATIONS.
Exceline® PVC is a premium PVC liner formulation that offers greater chemical resistance and higher temperature ranges than standard PVC. Exceline PVC liner has very high acid, alkali, and salt resistance and has a constant operating temperature of 180ºF.
Exceline PVC liners have been used with great results in plating tanks, chemical process tanks, storage tanks, and waste treatment applications.
Exceline drop in liners are available in 1/8 in. and 3/16 in. gauges. We also have a 20 mil gauge material used for disposable type liners for electroless nickel plating, eliminating the need for chemical leaching of the tank.

LFP CrossFilm™ - Skirts for Chrome Plating
APPLICATIONSAN EXTRA LAYER OF MATERIAL THAT PROTECTS THE LINER FROM THE CORROSIVE CHROME CONDENSATE. SKIRTS EXTEND THE SERVICE LIFE OF A TANK LINER LEADING TO LOWER OPERATING COSTS.
Hard chrome plating solutions are very aggressive at the upper and lower solution levels of the tank. As the solution evaporates, the concentration of chrome increases. Concentrated chrome vapor then condensates in the freeboard area and attacks traditional PVC liners. Witt Lining Systems innovated the solution of adding a skirt of either PVC liner or LFP CrossFilm™.
A skirt is a secondary layer of material that covers this upper and lower solution level that protects the main PVC liner from chemical exposure. A skirt made from PVC will act as a sacrificial piece of material but it will degrade over time and eventually expose the main liner to chemical attack. A skirt made from LFP CrossFilm™ is chemically inert. LFP skirts don't break down over time and they eliminate any exposure of the PVC liner in this interface area giving the tank liner its full service life.
Couple the LFP CrossFilm™ skirt with the unmatched service life of a Koroseal PVC liner and you have the longest lasting drop in liner available for hard chrome service. This longer service life means the associated time and cost of changing a liner out are fewer and provides a lower operating cost versus liners with no skirts.
